What are iPS Cells?
"iPS cell" is an abbreviation for "induced pluripotent stem cell." Developed by a professor at Kyoto University's Center for iPS Cell Research and Application, this achievement led to the awarding of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2012.
iPS Cells = Rejuvenation Cells
iPS cells, a type of stem cell, have a unique property not seen in other stem cells: "rejuvenation" occurs during their creation process. This "rejuvenation" is what significantly sets them apart from other stem cells.
Extracted Component "iPSF"
"iPSF" is a component extracted when culturing iPS cells. iPSF is rich in 200-300 types of proteins, including cytokines (*1) and exosomes (*2), which are believed to have beauty and health effects such as promoting cell activation and regeneration. Applying "regenerative medicine" technology, this is the world's first ingredient registered with the U.S. PCPC (*3), an international standard.
